Your Thoughts: Helpful or Hurtful?

When you're 90 feet above the ground, about to launch yourself off the platform for "the ride of your life!" you're going to have some thoughts...

Is what you're thinking helpful or hurtful to your goal?

Even when you're in your comfort zone, the 12,000-60,000 thoughts you have every day can be helpful or hurtful.

Did you know that more than 80% of our thoughts are negative, and 95% are repetitive?

Knowing that, think about your thoughts: are they helpful or hurtful?


Who's talking to you? Your inner coach or your inner critic? If it's the inner critic, time to wake up and kick 'em to the curb!
