MY SERVICES

I OFFER COACHING IN 4 WAYS

1. GET UNSTUCK

One 90-minute session. You have an issue and you need clarity, or you have a goal and you need help getting started. $200

2. FOUR-WEEK "YES, I'M REALLY READY" CHALLENGE

You commit to FOUR (4) weekly or every other week, 60-minutes sessions, to reach your goal.

$600

3. GRIEF COACHING PROGRAM

This is a one-on-one, 60-minute, 12-week program where we discuss the myriad emotions around your loss and work on exercises and projects either together inside the sessions, or you can choose to do them outside on your own and use the sessions in a way that works best for you. This is not therapy--it is coaching through a project-based Grief-to-Gratitude program.

$1200

4. LIFE COACHING "THERAPY"

Coaching is NOT THERAPY. However, I have clients who come see me consistently--weekly or every other week--for 60-minute sessions to work on issues and goals. It is forward-facing, goal-oriented work, where we keep our eyes on the future--not past.

$150

1. Get Unstuck - 90 minutes

2. 4-Session Package - 60 minutes each

3. 12-week Grief Coaching Package - 60-minute sessions

4. Life Coaching - ongoing

"It was really helpful to talk about my thoughts out loud. That helped me to verbalize and get feedback. Speaking to a “neutral” party who could objectively look at the situation and ask probing questions--that solidified some of my thinking. Also, Jen gave me permission to think about what I wanted (not in a selfish way) but in a way that made it feel OK. I think I am used to putting the needs of others before my own, but Jen made me feel more comfortable discussing my hopes and dreams for the future."

"Jen listened in a non-judgemental way and made me feel very comfortable. This was helpful in beginning to visualize (and embrace) “life after the children move on!” Seeing someone who seems to be embracing that and looking at life in a positive new light was really helpful. Thinking about entertaining, traveling, and doing things without the children and viewing that positively was really good for me."
